Restaurant manager - restaurant Classique

Restaurant Classique is the school restaurant of ROC Mondriaan. As the Restaurant Manager, you guide first-year students during service, work together with teachers, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You welcome guests, solve problems, organise reservations, check hygiene rules, and create a safe learning environment.

Job requirements

For Restaurant Classique you need a manager with the right certificates, experience, and skills to teach and lead students.

MBO Level 4 Manager/Ondernemer Horeca
Social Hygiene + HACCP certificate
At least 2 years experience leading a team
Strong communication and coaching skills
Patient, positive, and organized

Employment conditions

For Restaurant Classique you will receive clear working conditions that match the role and the responsibility of guiding students.

Temporary full-time contract (1 year)
Salary: €2.500 – €3.200 per month
Free meal during service
Training and development opportunities
Working hours mainly during school restaurant openings
